Paragraph 15

The war in former Yugoslavia seperates Mustafa (60) from his grandchild Selma (10). Now he is a refugee in Denmark. Mustafa's only wish in life is to be reunited with Selma who fled Yoguslavia during the bombings and ended up in the US. But Mustafa is not allowed to leave Denmark. A law forbids him to do so - the Paragraph 15. What can Mustafa do? Wait for years to be granted asylum so that he can leave Denmark? Or obtain a forged passport and run the risk it entails? No matter what Mustafa chooses it may have disastrous consequenses.
